I strongly believe in mass, active participation and my resources will reflect this. Differentiation is also key to my teaching. The most important factor in my teaching is always fun! I have observed well over 100 lessons and I am confident which resources can be used to enhance learning.

Olympic Games Introduction 2016: (June only! £2.00)
This activity and PowerPoint Presentation will be a fun, interactive way to begin your Olympic Games activities or to use in an assembly. A rectangle is taken away one at a time and the children have to guess the hidden Olympic Sport. This could be done as a competition where each team is allowed one guess after each box is removed. There are ten examples already created using a range of sports. Each slide can be easily edited and new sports can be added. The children will find it a lot of fun. Enjoy!
This Powerpoint was created to celebrate International Day at our school. In the Powerpoint there are images and a fun 'Family Fortunes Game'. There is also well over 40 flags and audio files to celebrate the different countries around the world. The Powerpoint has 51 slides and this Powerpoint will be a great addition to your International Day activities/assembly.
**** If the children get the correct answer when playing the 'Family Fortunes' game, click on the relevant number. If they get the answer incorrect click on one of the black boxes.
This PowerPoint can be easily adapted to suit an Olympic Games Parade.
This 2 page document is to allow your children to have a 'Pupil Voice' and comment on what they enjoy about school. Older children should be able to complete this independently, whereas Key Stage One students will need adult support. I usually send this document out to students once per year.I have also used it alongside the school Student Council. Enjoy!
World Maths Day 2017:
You will be able to download three main resources in this folder.
Maths Riddles - These can be sent to children throughout the day or cut out and stuck around the school for the children to solve.
Maths Challenges - There are two challenges for each year group that should be completed throughout the day. They can be easily edited to suit your school context.
Maths Assembly - This PowerPoint Presentation can be used in a variety of ways, although I have used it in the past for whole school assemblies. At the end of World Math Day I normally lead a whole school assembly where all children in the school bring a small whiteboard and have to answer the set questions. Last year I even turned this into an interhouse Math competition by choosing one child from each house to stand at the front of the hall and answer the questions. You can be as creative as you like, but this assembly presentation will be a fun, interactive way to begin or end your World Math Day activities. Enjoy!
You will find five assembly presentations that can be used for a whole Phase/School assembly or during PSHE lessons. This is a special price of £3.99, which will save you many hours and effort.
Resilience Assembly:
This is a Who Wants to be a Millionaire themed assembly to teach the children about resilience. Each question is linked to the theme resilience, and after each correct question they receive a letter. We call it 'Who want to win a word?' I have also included a story that can be used to support the assembly and a video link to further enhance the message being shared. The assembly time will be around 20-25 minutes and if you want to impress your colleagues and ensure the children have a fun, interactive learning experience, then this assembly presentation is for you. This presentation is completely editable, which will allow you to make slight changes to suit your context.
Leadership Assembly:
This is a great Presentation to demonstrate leadership. The children will enjoy discussing some of the questions with a partner. Can be used during lessons too.
Decision Making Assembly:
This is a PowerPoint presentation that could be used in class and for a school assembly. Your children will enjoy the story and it will hopefully help them make better decisions afterwards. Enjoy!
Responsibility Assembly:
Promotes great discussions and can easily be adapted to suit any school. I have left two slides on at the end, which are a fun way to share the weekly house point totals.
Healthy Living Assembly:
Great to use for the start of a new topic. Includes animations, pictures and will promote questioning.
